First time customer with Bike Addict. I purchased a mountain bike for delivery. Warren really went out of his way to arrange for delivery to an agent in my town, having the bicycle assembled for me as well as complimentary accessories - all this for one of the cheapest bikes in their lineup. I really got the impression that they strive to take care of their customers no matter how small the order. Will definitely recommend and make all my future purchases from noone else.
