Overall service and false payment options

After placing an order I received a quote with them requesting payment. And I promptly noticed there was no PayJustNow option even though it is clearly stated as a payment option on their website. I then contacted the sales person Ivan and requested a link. No link was sent, and only the next day when I followed up was action taken. Then I was notified that the payment link is sent via SMS and expires within minutes. No person is at their phone to respond that quickly during a normal working day. I them requested that it be resent via email. Which the response was that it is only done by SMS. I then again requested a new link which I didn’t receive. The sales person then said he sent another which was untrue. I then again requested a link but instead of assisting he argued why EFT is more effective and no action was taken. If I wanted to EFT I would do so. If their system is ineffective its not my problem. If the payjustnow payment never works why then list it as a payment option, this creates a false impression for the client. This level of service from their sales staff has been my experience for the last few years.
