Exceptional Service!!!!

I had a faulty powermeter and notified Warren who was very helpful in guiding me through the warranty process. The manager, Corrie handled the process with absolute professionalism and swiftly had a courier collect my faulty device. I received a brand new powermeter not long after this which was couried to my address. This is the level of service I expect from a company and Bike Addict can absolutely be recommended for this very reason.
