Overall very good customers experience. After both my and wife MTBs were stollen, I contacted Bike addict and specifically Warren Botha the online sales consultant. I’m very pleased with Warren support and going the extra mile to assist me in finding a XL frame as none was available in SA. Warren arranged with OEM to build a bike for me with a upgraded frame without paying any additional money. And yet again Bike addict provided excellent service and very competitive prices.
