I bought an Avalanche MTE in August 2021 from Bike Addict after I moved to Knysna. It was an online purchase and I received the bike after two days. Since then I have done more than 11,000 km on the bike. About 3 weeks ago the battery died due to a short. The bike was out of warranty and I am a pensioner, so cannot afford a new one.

The manager Corrie Burger was very helpful and sourced a second hand battery for me from the suppliers. I received the battery yesterday and are back on the road. This is excellent service that you would never expect from an online business. Well done Corrie and other Bike Addict employees, I will recommend your guys any day of the week.👏👏
