Bike Addict

I'll admit, I chose a bad time to order - the week before Christmas. I ordered two Titan MTB shirts and the next day a pair of Leatt MTB shoes. I like that Bike Addict first confirm availability of stock before sending a quote for payment. It is a bit slower but saves on having to resolve "no stock" issues after payment. I was told they will try get my order to me before Christmas but couldn't guarantee it and I was happy to wait. My Leatt shoes were in stock and received the following week, my shirts had to be sourced from the supplier and were delivered in January. One was the wrong size but that was quickly and amicably resolved.

I appreciate that Bike Addict is upfront and explain how they handle orders. Wayne, thanks very much for keeping in contact and providing excellent service.
