Bad Sale Service
VERY bad sales service. Bough a brand new bike with a component that wasn't up to standard. Bike-Addict is trying to get around it with lots of stories.

17 Aug 2021, 15:14Hi Jaco, no stories. You had the item for over 2 months when the issue surfaced. You did not follow the correct warranty procedure and chose to have the item worked on elsewhere.
