Bad customer service and bicycle service.

I sent my bicycle there for a major service with pivot bearings. They serviced the lower leg of both my shocks on my 2015 Giant Trance 2.

I picked the bike up on the 21st of July 2018. At my arrival i immediately saw the damage that had been done to my frame from removing the bearings. My fork rebound adjuster was also broken. I asked Richard who is the service advisor and he argued till death that it is not their doing. After a 3 three hour argument of me asking for video footage and showing proof that my bicycle did not have that damage on before I gave it in. I left with my bicycle.

I was promised that the boss, Johan, would call me first thing the following Monday. He didn't phone me. I had to phone them 4 times to get in touch with Johan the Tuesday. After arguing with him and giving him the facts only het started accusing me of being a lier and telling me that i just have a cheap bicycle. When he was done shouting I told him that he runs his business sh#t. He shouted at me again saying that I am a po#s and hung up on me.

I just want to warn fellow cyclists about Bike addict! They are *********** acoording to me.

This happened quite some time ago, but remember it. You bought the bike pre owned and brought it for a service. Did not mention any work that needs to be done on the fork, so we did not touch it. Your bike looked like an inexperienced mechanic tried to remove bearings with a ***** driver. We use bearing pullers that is impossible for us to create damage like that with the proper tools we use. Like mentioned we service allot of top end bikes and workmanship like that will never come from us. we did offer video footage for you to come view that we never worked on the fork or used any improper tools to create damage on the bike you accused us of. I think the bike was properly cleaned for the 1st time in a while and that is why you could see marks that previously was not visible.
