BigTime Tech non-responsive when it comes to support

Is everyone else out there who has BigTime Tech as their Domain and Website support team having problems with support. I am being ghosted since I paid my subscription in August. I received an vulnerability report and asked a simple question if it is a **** or if I need to be concerned. No one in SA is answering my calls, emails or WA. BigTime Tech has changed service providers and now work with an American company whose website gives you zero support and I can't be phoning Amercia whenever I have a problem. So beware all BigTime Tech clients
