When you move, they move

If I could give 100 stars I would. I’ve had bad experiences with movers. Generally because I go for the most budget friendly option. Budget friendly generally means something is missing. That could be professionalism, dirty trucks, crew that tries to hustle you. You get where I’m going. Anyway I set out to find an established/legitimate moving company this time round. I told myself I am willing to pay good money for it. I filled out a few online forms. A few companies got back to me with quotes. Vanashree from Biggles was one of those companies. She was extremely helpful and professional through the quote process. Their quote also came in as the most affordable option so I wasn’t sure if I would go with them. Vanashree also urged me to read the reviews on different companies including theirs before making my choice. I thought that was weird and the reviews were possibly ****. But I am very pleased to tell you they most certainly are not. From accepting the quote. To me adding extra furniture to the inventory after the fact and not being charged for it was a great experience.

When the movers arrived. Earlier than expected I was already impressed. They were all super friendly. Greater everyone. Went through the house to check inventory. Then got on with the job. I have never had such a great experience with a move before. The trucks were clean. Staff were fresh. They only had one more other move that day which meant they weren’t rushing. They took their time. Pleased everything where it should be. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with a move. I doubt I will use them again though. But that’s just because moving is a mission and I’m staying put in my new house forever. LOL.
