Based on recent customer reviews, Biggles Removals South Africa is widely praised for long-distance household moves between Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and beyond. Customers highlight quick quoting, honest pricing with no hidden costs, and named staff such as Vaneshree, Kephas and partner crews who wrap, label and place items carefully. Punctual arrivals and constant updates during transit are common themes. A minority report undersized trucks, a badly delayed arrival, unhelpful phone manner, and one serious complaint about subcontracted movers and missing items being poorly resolved.

Well worth it!
We have used Biggles twice now to move items btwn JHB and CTN and have been very happy both times. The staff has always been very friendly, the items are collected and dropped when scheduled, communication is very good. And their pricing was the best we found!

Great service
I was worried at first due to the change in dates. But Vaneshree connected me to their partner Peter's mini removals to arrange to move my items and I must say they were amazing. Communication was excellent and they were timely and honest. Biggles is affordable and Peter's mini removals handles my items with care. I would be happy to use them again.

BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER
What an amazing experience from day one, not only were they willing to beat all valid quotes, but their timeouts response on email were quite refreshing. My moved from PTA to Cape Town and every single undertaking was honoured. No delays, no hidden "sudden" costs, what was quoted on remained the price. They packed my stuff with great care and Kefhu who I assume is the team leader took control of his team and in a flash all goods were packed, safely wrapped and marked. The team were friendly, respectful, helpful and very efficient. I have never in my 62 years experience such a no stress, seamless move!! A huge thank you to all involved, I will never ever use another company. (And I'm a difficult client). Keep up the wonderful work. Heartfelt gratitude Brenda

Biggles Outstanding Service
I had a single piece of furniture to move from Jhb to CT. Outstanding service: * Outstanding communication from Biggles * Staff polite and efficient at collection and delivery * Stuck to times, on delivery and collection * Unwrapped and place furniture in place in CT, with good grace and complete professionalism * Very fair price for the service provided. I would look nowhere else should I require a similar service in the future. Trevor Knight

The General Manager Vaneshree was super quick to respond to my queries and also very helpful when I wanted to make changes. Kephas and the movers on the day were very professional , on time and worked quickly to move my things from Storage in CT to JHB. Overall great experience I’d highly recommend.
