Unfriendly and Rude Staff

<div>My move hasn't started and I have had the misfortune of dealing with the sales person ****. She is unnecessarily rude. She doesn't read the information provided correctly which results in her being rude and careless with her words. Sad and disappointing seeing as when they did my previous move ***** assisted me and she was lovely and sweet and there were no issues at all.</div>
