From my first interaction with Biggles Removals, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. As we are based in the Western Cape, she advised that their trusted partner, Cape Removals, would assist with our relocation, and from that point onward the whole process was seamless.

The driver contacted me directly beforehand and was friendly, well-spoken, professional and completely to the point. On moving day, the team arrived exactly as arranged, with a truck that was more than sufficient for our household contents and enough staff to handle the move efficiently.

We were genuinely blown away by the team. Every member was friendly, helpful and hardworking, and the speed with which they loaded our furniture and belongings was remarkable. At the same time, there was no sense that anything was being rushed carelessly — our possessions were handled with care and professionalism throughout. Before we knew it, everything was loaded and we were on the road to our new home.

The experience at the destination was equally impressive. The removal truck arrived shortly after we did, and the unloading was handled with exactly the same efficiency, care and good attitude as the loading. The team worked incredibly well together and made what could have been a very stressful day feel organised and almost effortless.
