Others reviews were not reflective of my actual experience
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Not only did the company charge R4 800 for 4 small 30 by 40 cm boxes they could not do so without damaging my property after I paid in full upfront. One of my boxes became so soaking wet that it caused damage to thousands of rands worth of books. On top of that they delivered late. If you are looking for a moving company that will let your belongings get damaged with water then this company will not disappoint.
The biggest joke is the company still asked for a Google review. So here you go Kyle and the rest of the owners. I do not care for you to ask me to email you for a half assed apology.

We use the negative feedback to better our service going forward and to prevent the same problem happening again. We fully acknowledge the stress, inconvenience and financial loss we have caused you. For this particular move, we had to outsource to a trusted partner of ours due to all our trucks being full on this day, and unfortunately the partner involved had a leak in their truck . Going forward, we will not be making use of the partner involved. Our trucks are all brand new and or well maintained and trust this issue will never come up again. We have offered to help financially to replace the damaged books but this offer was not taken. We take negative experiences with our company very serious and always offer our clients a satisfiable resolution to any potential problems. Again, we are sorry inconvenience caused.
