Contacted them as my daughter had used them to transport a small load from Joburg to Cape Town. We needed a small load to go from Durban to Pretoria. Quote was very reasonable but I found trying to get times etc a bit frustrating as was told. We can help you on x / y date or u/v day and had to clarify was this pick up on one day and drop off the next or pick on one day and drop off the following dates. I eventually phoned and then went onto the site and booked for y by e-mail immediately but then got told we can help you on x not y. I then had to rearrarange things. The people doing the move were very pleasant but not very experienced. The driver had to show them what to do in some cases. The one worker knocked over my didplay while pucking up a carpet to take to the van andctgen said ' Sorry, I did not see them'. Fortunately the ones knocked over were not the breakable ones but they were over a metre tall!
