Bigcommerce *****ing my money

Greetings <br> It's been 5 months now that this service provider has taken my money without my concent and all their promises to refund me has just been lies and I have no control over their ******** deductions off my credit card.<br> I have requested numerous times to lower my plan to the lowest option and have all the screen shots and support ticket conversations plus emails from them promising to reduce the plan but still they ***** my money every month deducting the wrong amount from my credit card. This has now put me in a awful position with my bank where they have put me under credit review. <br> Please help!<br>
