Very unhappy customer

Unhappy customer! I am so disappointed in my big boy velocity 200cc. I thought, buy a new bike. It won’t give you any problems. And because my fionce had a big boy and it went for 5 years without issues before it was sold. But boy was I wrong. Firstly the service I got from the shop was a let down. My bike came assembled like a 2 year old did it. I had to re-fasten all the nuts and bolts and my fork wasn’t even put together properly. It came with a ding in the tank and they told me it’s from the packaging box. Took them over a week to do all that. First service their “mechanic” reset my levers!!!! But that’s just the service. The bike is a total disappointment. Endless issues trying to start my brand new bike. Had the bike a week and had to replace the battery. Which they didn’t do. They only charged it. Needless to say my bike is only kick starting. My lights blew Had to put a different housing on. The solenoid is toast. It has stopped with me next to the road twice this month alone. And today my bike started on it’s own without me cranking it. And kept running even when I took the key out and put the stand down? I don’t want the bike. As it’s not safe. I’m a woman and in this country stopping next to the road is so unsafe. Thanks Big Boy.
