Very Poor Service

<p>I took my big boy XTG 200 for sprocket and chain change 2 weeks ago and I called again today, it is still not done. I have been calling every day and the excuses changes daily. Sprocket and chain change shouldn’t take one day to do. How come it is taking them more than 2 weeks?</p>
