Very bad service

Bought a 2023 Adventure 150RS, from Nylstroom Branch, seat was damaged, right mirror can in no way be set to view road, althought its been throught testing, i was said the battery was new but its not. Still dont have my original invoice and im told to take scooter in for above, its not even starting!!!!!!!!!!Head office up to nuggets and not getting any help. I will not recommend Big Boy to anyone
