Unfair dealer

<p>I Bought a brand new big boy s****** 150 cc for R16,800 at RS Motorcycles. At 95 kilos on the clock the s****** just cut out and did not want to start again. I phoned the dealer and he said I must take the s****** back to him to fix it. Just note that this dealer is 70km from where I stay, so it's not just around the corner. He fixed it (apparently there was a piece of rubber in the carborator) and I could drive with my s****** again. Just the other day after the 500km service, it did the same as the previous time. The s****** did not want to start. After phoning the dealer again, he said I must again bring in the s****** so he can check it. But what he does not want to do is, pay me money to take the s****** to him. Because it is his fault, because I bought the s****** brand new. I have to pay R250 there and R250 back to get the s****** there and back. I feel this is very unfair for this is the second time the s****** gave problems. What can/should I do?</p>
