Terrible Service and Over Charging

Where to start... bought a brand new Superlight 200cc from them, never missed a service, yesterday my bike cutout while riding, contacted them to see if they can send someone out, which they couldn't. The bike has 5800 km on the clock, 4th time something going wrong, today they sent someone out to fetch the bike at a R350 charge(i am in milnerton, just over the bridge) while waiting the whole day for them yesterday, i tested a few theories(built bikes before), i sent them a message as to what the solution was, they said "lets get the bike here first", they call me now to tell me they going to spray carb cleaner(which i suggested) and change my sparkplug and that will be another R855! what kind of ridiculous thing is this. this morning when i told them to bring carb cleaner when they come, i got told "they left already" which they came hours later, but i see why now cause it was all about trying to get the most out of a person and worst part is, the bike is still under warranty and next month the bike must go for its 3rd service. This is ridiculous and unacceptable
