Service of bike cost R1700 and then parts ******!

Took my sons 50cc Quade bike in for a service took 2 months, got home found parts was removed and bike didn't start. Took it back the next day, guy at counter was rude, owner then said they would fix it at no charge. Got it back a week later, my son drove it around the yard that morning and it stopped working again, took it back and they said that it would cost another R1200 to fix, we then said it fine we don't have that cash and picked up the bike. My husband wanted to see if he could fix it and found that they removed the new filter and spark plug we paid for in the service of R1700. What type of people are these!
