Took my Big Boy 250 TSR in for a 500km service. Asked for the rear wheel to be trued (spokes came loose and I was worried that the wheel may buckle). Got the bike back with a rear wheel that buckles and a mechanic that tells me that's the best he can do and if I'm not happy I should buy a Honda. I paid for the service parts but still have the original LG spark plug and petrol filter that hasn't been replaced at all. They \replaced"the front calliper but the braking is just as bad as it was before. My cheap mountain bike has better brakes!! Total cost of the so called service was R1 500.00 which is about R6000.00 more than I got back in terms of satisfaction! Bottom line... If you want a decent bike"
