poor quality

Bought a new Big Boy revival scooter cash from Ptn dealer. Most plastics were scratched n told they will replace. Took 3 mnths of fighting n nagging till it was done. Scooter is 6mths old n rusting all over. Took it back after 3mths n will do noth-say its an act of god! Engine mounting snapped n took it in in Dec but still not done todate. Under warrenty. Service is poor. Have never even called me once to follow up. So what attitude. Even head office in Jhb don't care. Products r bad quality. Owner acknowledges it should rust but not his problem. Buying a scooter- stay away from Big Boy. Big pain in the ass! It will rust! New products must be of poor quality. Know sum1 with one that is 5 years old and has no rust. Mine is under cover n only used to work. I'm told SAM. Jhb are the imports and warrenty holders of Big Boy scooter.
