Pinetown Agent absolutely useless

<p>End of 2015 my daughter bought a 150cc Big Boy S****** from "Big Boy" in Pinetown located near the school in Crompton Street. Unbeknown to me she tried getting a new throttle from the shop in 2016 and was given the run around about no parts available and no stock in Jhb.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 5th of January I went there myself and complained and was told she would be helped within a week or so . Numbers was exchanged and I assumed everything was sorted out until my daughter told me on 2017/03/08 that the throttle is really getting to the point of braking into two and the guy at Big Boy told her that he sold her part to someone else just last week and that he yet again do not have the part she needs.</p> <p> </p> <p>May I ask an agent from the Big Boy brand to get involved and to help my daughter get aftercare service please, the agent / owner of Big Boy Pinetown is unreliable, full of empty promises and seems have no intension to help. If Big Boy can’t provide spare parts and aftercare service then what is the use of supporting a cheaper Brand Name.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
