OVERCHARGE AND NOT FIXED PROPERLY
I sent my GPR125R in for a service, it returned leaking petrol and the indicators were not working. I had previously replaced the indicators myself and it was blamed on that. This can't be true as they were working before the service. I was charged over R200 for the wire to be extended. I was charged for a new fuel pump (after taking the bike in an additional 3 times to be checked where it is leaking from) which the company had damaged because there were no leaks before the service. The ignition stopped working and the bike kept cutting out. I was charged for a new ignition and only given one key. I took the old ignition home and saw that it was just a loose wire and it is currently being used on another bike. It could have been repaired instead of replaced. Shortly after the service my front wheel developed a bubble in the tyre, I paid for a new front and back tyre as well as a new chain. They also replaced the working battery without our consent and refused to give the old one back to me. About three months later my front tyre is broken again, detached from the wheel rim with no punctures - that will be another R2000. I have already spent about R10 000 on my bike this year.
