Overall bad service from Big Boy

I have bought 3 bikes now from Big Boy. Both experiences has been so bad I will never buy from them again. PD I's aren't done correctly people, please be careful. If this was the case, they would have noticed the following: Kick-start not working, indicator not working, clutch panel not fastened securely (came loose and as a first time bike driver and this happening at a robot, was scary), steering rack loose. All of this happening within a month of the sale. Front brake's calipers had to be replaced. Some or other vacuum pipe as well, causing the bike not to start properly in the mornings. All of this within the first year. When you mail or query issues like these you just get told: \it's not their problem". Ridiculous and disgusting service. Never ever again.
