Not even worth one star

Honestly, I'm struggling to even give them one star. This is by far the worst service we have ever experienced. After buying a bike in August 2019, there has been back and forth communication as to when we will receive it and if it is ready for collection. After finally receiving the bike in November, it did not want to start and had to be sent back. After they repeatedly promised delivery again, each day there was a different excuse. We were also promised repeatedly that it could be sent through roadworthy without any problems after they had apparently fixed everything, but still failed the roadworthy test. In the end, the bike is now in our possession (June 2020) after going to collect it ourselves but it ended up costing us half the amount we paid for it initially to fix all the issues at an external bike repair shop. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend their service to anyone.
