Not compliance to warrenty

We bought a new scooter Bigboy 170 RCT during December 2015 from a dealer (Scooter Shoppe, Kleinmond). During the initial use (less than 500km) this new product didn't produce code of sale. In about a range of 700km (3 months) this mew scooter were in for various repairs 3 times which equates to 6 weeks. The dealer attemped on various occasions to get support from the princeple/dealer/importer to replace this inferior product without success. This new product has been repaired more that 3 times and it is my opinion that the manufacturer is playing for time to run out the warranty. I need a replacement, reliable scooter for my purchase.
