NOT ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!

Saturday I went to Big Boy WierdaPark to get a new chain on my Flame 200. The chain was fitted, I felt my back break was adjusted and I thought everything was fine. When I got home I could feel that my brake is a bit too high and the bike couldn't move even when in neutral. I adjusted the break and it was fine. Wednesday when I came back from work I used my back break and I just heard a loud sound and there were no back break. I drove home only with a front break. When I got home I saw that it was the back breaks rod that snapped. The one nut and bold was gone, one connecting the brake and rod. I used my hand to feel if the back wheels nut was tight and I could loosen it with my hand! I phoned Big Boy this morning and apparently it is not their fault. It should have happened earlier and not on Wednesday. I hold them LIABLE for all that has happened and I expect them to replace the rod! They were the last people to work on the bike. Before that everything was in WORKING condition and fine, 2 weeks earlier the bike was serviced and everything was checked. I'm anyways not strong enough to break the rod with my foot when breaking! What a bunch of chancers! I will NEVER use them again!
