No integrity business

I contacted BigBoy headoffice on 6.11.2024 in order to lodge a complaint against the BigBoy dealership in Wierdapark. I spoke to Carika from the 'complaints department' and stated that they would follow up on this complaint and provide feedback. Since then I contacted Carika (complaints department) twice to get feedback. Carika blamed the lack of communication on their emailing server/system that is out of order because of solar system 'going off'. We are in the year 2024 and the excuse that the e-mails are off.... on two separate days is just hilarious.... Whats nexts? The dog ate your computer where your mails are on? Regardless... Please follow up with me regarding the complaint against your Wierdapark branch. The more time goes by the more I wonder whether this is not a case of 'the apple doesnt fall far from the tree'. There is simply no repercussion to store owners abusing staff and customers.... There is also no effort from headoffice to address the problem or even bother to reply to a simple mail.
