No delivery

I ordered and paid for a Big Boy Monster CR125 seat on 04/07/2015 on back order. I have been promised that it will be ordered from China by their head office in Johannesburg. I was promised that it will take about 2-3 months. We have been following up telephonically every month since August 2015. In November, we were informed that the shipping has arrived and that they are unpacking it in Johannesburg. <br> <br> To date, we have still not received the seat, despite having paid for it as per their invoice number 21.<br> <br>
