Motor bike handed in for service and got it back b

I have a brand new Tvs rtr180 apache bike. I need to take it for the second service(3000 km). I stop at big boy wierda park and speak to a indian guy. I explain to him that i need to service the bike and that the place that i bought the bike has closed. He took the bike and said that they will service it for R750.00 and I have agreed. While waiting for the bike, the indian guy said that the reason why the dealer has closed down is that it is a bad china bike and they ran away. As far as u know, my bike is from italy. They guy said that i must sell it and buy a bike from him. Got the bike back and now it made a funny sound. Took it back to big boy wierda park and the guy said that he told me that it was a **** bike. He said the shaft is broken. My question was, how can it be as it only has 3000 km on the clock. He said that he told me that the bike is **** and that this stuff happens. The shop got busy and all of a sudden now he knows who to contact that is the correct people to work on the bike. I took it to pit bull as they are the correct people and is still selling bikes like mine. My bike is now booked in and i am waiting to hear what the damage is. I want my R750.00 back
