Incorrect registration of Bike,

We bought a Big Boy bike 125R in June 2014 from the branch. With the registration the bikes details was captured incorrectly. It was registered as a 250R, which we brought to their attention in June 2014. This was supposed to be rectified until today 29 Jan 2015 we still have not received the amended documents even after numerous calls and visits to the branch this is still not resolved. Today Mariam calls and confirm their is a new mistake in one of the documents which was required to rectify the registration documents. Because of this we can't insure it. Mariam never called us, we had to call her and remind her, but always have some excuse or blame someone else.
