*********** & poor service

At the end of March I took my bike to Big Boy Fourways for an issue I had with my bike not starting + an oil leak. They collected my bike on the 10th of April, I only got a diagnosis on 21st of April (11 days to assess my bike). They told me that my 4 Shimmings need to be fixed and that I need a new oil filter and sparkplugs. They worked on the bike until the 2nd of May and in between this period they told me I need new rear brake pads and a brake disc, so I agreed. I picked up the bike on the 4th of May paying them a total of R7971. I rode out there shop and after about 8kms it died. I dropped off the bike at their shop on the 6th of May. They worked on it again, I was told that they had to do some work on the regulator and its running smooth. I picked it up on the 14th of June and didn't even ride for 5kms before it died again. I called the manager (Grant) he told me he took it for a test ride and to his knowledge it is running as it should be and that he basically can’t help me any further. I found another bike shop, that worked on my bike for R2850 and my bike is up and running. I DON’T recommend Big boy Fourways to anyone, they don’t know what they are doing and they took my money.
