faulty bike and poor service

Bought a scooter at the end of November from a dealer cash, went fine for a while till the electrics started giving me trouble, took it back and was advised there is nothing wrong with the bike, few days later same problem, bikes now completely dead, thus far I've only received poor service from everybody I have had dealing a with, no body at that company want to assist me and I'm currently suffering financial loss due to this, of your thinking of buying from them, stay away
