Dont whant to help me

I have a 170cc rct bigboy s******... i have problems with is a lot.. whet i want to buy parts from the dealership they tell me that they cant sell me any parts... i have to bring my s****** to them to see if they can fix it and have parts for is... otherwise they will se is they have any 2nd hand parts that can work... i dont have money to pay them to fix it... i just want the parts... it is my only transport.. now it is not running and i am stuck....
