We bought bikes 125 ttx from Mohammed at big boy Wierda Park on the second of january 2019 at first he did not have two 125 ttx S bikes in stock only one and four ttx 125J he then asked me for what reason do I want the S and not the J I then rep**** and said I want the big wheel bike as the S comes standard with them and the J does not. 125 ttx S R135555 125 ttx J R12555 He then said he will replace my tires wirh big tires and said I need to pay the full amount of R13555 due to the tire change, I said all in order to find out after a hour of waiting the front tire did not fit.

He then said he will deliver my bike at our premises the following dat the third of January.

When my bike came we bought everything such as helmets shirts cloves ect.

We went for our first ride on the fourth of January.

There after we took the bikes to get washed as a car wash.

My Bike did not want to start ever since. I then phone and the maganic of Wierda Park big boy came out and said he could not find the problem and collect the bike the following day.

Mohammed phone me on the ninth of January as he was on leave and informed me that there is nothing wrong with the bike only a spark plug was pushed back and a wire was loose from the pressure washer.

On the fourth of January my Boyfriend wjo bought the TTX 125S from Mohammed on the second went for a ride in the park as hes bike broke down.

We then sent emails to Mohammed to inform jim about both bikes that are broken and we would like a FULL REFUND AS THEY ARE STILL IN FULL WARRANTY AND WE REPORTED THE PROBLEM WITH IN 7 DAYS.

he came back to me after I spoke to Carika , Hans and Drik from head office and said he will give us R17500 for both Bikes as they are now second hand.

We bought both bikes for R27110

I then informed Mohammed I would accept R10 000 for each bike R20 000 in total

He gave me R19 000 He informed me the bikes are in a 120% condition and nothing wrong with them.
