Disappointed in the service from big boy

We bought a Big Boy cross over 150cc on the 20th of May 2024 and so far, we have been having endless problems with the bike, the first problem started on the 19 June 2024, in November 2024 we took it in to fix due to tornado damages but it came back with problems again, we keep advising them that we struggling to start the bike , the guys have been helpful and replaced the battery but a few weeks later the same problem , bike won't start and due to kick starting the bike the stand broke , the guys helped out again and fixed it we had to replace a Tyre and the bike came back with missing bolts and it's not even a week later and the bike again won't start again. I am tired of struggling with this bike every week and we use it on daily.
