Big Boy/No Limit Quad

We bought a brand new Big Boy bike from No Limit Quads, Kuilsriver last year. The bike started giving battery issues from the first month of having it like struggling to start, having to kick start the bike etc. We took the bike back to No Limit Quad and they said they came out, did something and the bike started again. When we tried the bike a few hours later it was completely dead so they came out again and said the battery needed replacing. Battery was replaced about 1 month into the bikes life which is nonsense. The bike has been starting poorly ever since we bought it. It needs to be turned around 10 times before it actually starts which already tells me there's something wrong but yet No Limit Quad says that's how these Big Boys work which is a lame excuse. I wasn't born yesterday, even these Chinese rebranded bikes start up and last longer than Big Boy. Now today, a year later the bikes battery gave in completely and we are forced to pay for collection, labour and the battery for a problem that has persisted since day one. Perhaps we were sold a dud and No Limit Quad doesn't want to acknowledge it but seriously, a 1 year old bike has been sent in over 5 times already is utter **** and warrants a replacement.
