Big Boy Scooters Port Elizabeth

3 stars I have had 2 services at the center and both times, I have been stranded on the side of the road due to a faulty, inferior spark plug. The staff are friendly but they need to use better parts.

I reached out to the owner multiple times for assistance—via WhatsApp, phone, and email.

Charged to 1 Star After reading my review, the owner rep**** with: "I saw your review. Send me your banking details and I will refund you. In the future, take the scooter elsewhere."

I was genuinely shocked by such a response to a negative review.

In my email, I explained that the scooter was for my daughter, and it was essential that it functioned properly. I also highlighted my concern that if she had been stranded on the side of the road, the situation could have been dangerous.

I’m deeply disappointed by the complete lack of empathy and professionalism in handling this issue.

I took the bike to another service center who advised me that the spark plug was burnt out, they call Big Boy Scooters for a new plug and was told that he had stock, but not for my bike. He refused to sell parts. The new service center then managed to source a new plug and the bike is running perfect now.

I do not recommend supporting this center to the public
