Big Boy's poor workmanship

I own a Big Boy CGL150. Throughout it's lifespan, this machine been plagued by mechanical faults. This vehicle has been taken in to be repaired roughly 8 or 9 times with another on the way. Every time the bike has to be fixed, there is always a long wait before any response is given. The motorcycle only has about 3800 km on the clocks and was bought brand new from Big Boy Rosettenville. From day one there have been issues, Every employee I have spoken to has instilled confidence in me about the problem being handled within a timely fashion, and every single one of them has let me down. I have been told continuously that \I will be called back in the next 5 minutes""; there is another issue that has been caused by negligent mechanics. The service issue would not be an issue if not for the *********** mechanics. I may have bought a cheap motorcycle;but decent service should not be out of my reach."""
