Big boy poor service.

I will never support the brand again.

Very poor service, and this is from their so called head office. I went to the muldersdrift branch to buy a oil filter for my SRM250. They did not even know what type it takes.(the mechanic) I need to bring a sample. then liaised to bring the bike for a service, it would be late but they could keep the bike for an entire week. just to be told there is no space for a single bike in their warehouse. then gave me another bike dealer to go to. No after sales. quick to sell a new product, lazy to back-up with service.
