Bad customer service

Im very disappointed in how they handle servicing vehicles. I have taken my vehicle for services with them about 3 times now and despite arriving when they open they leave my vehicle for last and work on other clients vehicles first and all 3 times those people come in way after my arrival time and theirs get sorted out first and mine left for last as if im not important. I'm extremely angry at this behavior and considering other places to have the service done.
