Bad costumer SERVICE and way over PRICED...

VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD costumer SERVICE...!!!!! RUDE and OVER PRICED...!!!!! DOESN'T know the policy regarding that the COSTUMER is always right and they treat you like they are doing you a favor..

I went to Big Boy S******'s Benoni 2weeks ago to bay spare parts for my Big Boy Velocity explaining in detail wat I needed ( Speedometer cable , Lever for the clutch and a front sprocket ) They CHARGED me a R1150 for this..!!!! WAY OVER PRICED...!!! I did some research on the internet The speedometer cable costs R129

The brake and clutch levers costs R299 a set with the rubbers that covers the bolts and cables..

And the sprocket R120

All of this adds up to R448...!!!

I cant say how much they CHARGED me per item because they dont stipulate on the recite the individual prices just a grand total...

So they gave me the wrong sprocket I went to exchange it trying to explain to the owner ( Idiot , ***** ) that he gave me the wrong sprocket and then he treated me like I was the STUPID one because according to him it was the right one...

Eventually after he treated me like **** and insulting me they exchanged the part...

Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money at Big Boy S******'s benoni...!!! Way over PRICED and know customer service...!!!!

Big Boy Headquarters should investigate them because they are giving Big Boy S******'s a bad Name...
