Bad attitude

Took my scooter for service 10 000 km at the end of October , used the bike for a week and the drive belt broke. inconvenience caused and the fact that was left stranded. took the bike in and asked for them to contact me with what went wrong so soon after service. no update no quote . When i called the job was done no explanation as what happened. when picked up the bike got told that they would not replace if it didn't need and i must pay and never come back, and that the customer is always right doesn't apply to this shop. Don't want to be right i want job done right the first time, that's why i bought a name brand and serviced at this dealer so i can make sure everything done right. If i wanted back yard service i wouldn't go to a dealer.
