You're carrying people not animals

Only Big Sky can allow people to sit on a bus for 9+ hours without a break. How TF do you make your last stop for a break at Beaufort West and expect people to remain calm? We're adults we don't need to sleep like that without noticing that the journey is just ongoing and ongoing

Can't use the excuse of the bus only stopping at collection and drop off points when the bus stands for at least 20 minutes, without allowing passenger to stretch their legs or get a breath of fresh air

The bus stinks and obviously the bus company doesn't value sanitary and sanitization because the toilet smells like it hasn't been cleaned ever since the bus started operating

Definitely cannot recommend it's better to pay extra and fly or use the train instead
