Big sky disaster
This will be the first and only time I'll ever take this bus. 1. The bus was delayed and we weren't informed. 2. When it finally arrives you informed that the reason was the aircon wasn't working. 3. When they finally have it working we are now more than two hours delayed and some might have had connecting busses to catch and as a passenger you have no idea whether they made any provisions for the delay so you can catch your connecting bus. Which is from the same company. 4. Why don't they have busses on standby to counter manage these instances? Now I will say the drivers did apologize for the delay but an apology doesn't get me to my destination on time. Mind you while you are delayed you fear even getting food cause it might have left while you were getting the food. Honestly, worst experience.

Driver drives Sh****
Took bus 105 from Jhb to Kimberley it arrived on time left jhb at 09:00am but this guy is driving nonsense ,cares less of other road users ,constantly hitting the brakes to an extend that if you were sleeping "Sleep liner" youll wake up.He drives like a taxi driverðŸ˜though we arrived on time.

Bus delayed
My parents traveled on the 7th of October 2026 the busses were all delayed. The ticket was for 10.30pm but they were delayed hour 30 minutes. Just a request for the bus service to take into consideration the age of the passengers my mom is I'll already and her having to wait so long was not nice. The my traveled safe and no further complaints from them. Thank you.

Bus delayed

Bad service not value for money.
I have emailed them the very same night I was on the bus, up until now no respond. The service is very bad the bus in comfortable. We have been given a bus that was not check before leaving for departure. They couldn't get any gears we got stuck on a robot in Bloemfontein we couldn't move at all, I was with my child in that bus driving with them for the very first time. Bt never again!! Plus the drivers had asked me for money but my child was sitting on my lap and she is under 2,bad bad very bad for business Bus number:856
