Worst long distance bus service!!!

This is the worst bus service of all time ,arrives late, cold inside as I am traveling at night, So unhygienic how is that the toilet doesn’t have water to wash hands and flush for such a long distance and many stops…The bus almost left me because I had no idea I was to travel in this Big Sky…had no idea it was Intercape…They don’t even bother calling or checking up your whereabouts, y’all really need to do pull up your standard!!!
