Worst Bus Service In South Africa.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. Worst bus service I’ve ever used and I’d never wish it upon anyone. No communication whatsoever of what’s going on, over an hour of delays and the drivers just talking to each other and not updating us. Why can’t these people just service their buses frequently. They get a lot of money from ticket sales yet their service is trash. Stupid bus service, stupid way of dealing with travellers. Never thought I’d hate a bus service like this in my life. Big Sky, fooled me once, you’ll never fool me again. Buy a ticket at your own risk. I don’t want to swear but just know Big Sky can take it up somewhere unpleasant for all the troubles I’ve gone through with their service and treatment!
